The details provided herein are primerily for the convenience of customer’s living outside India.

1) The order will be for a quantity of 100 cards and multiple of 50 thereafter.

2) We despatch the material through International courier of repute who take approximate 3-4 working days to deliver the material at the customers door step.

3) Wedding Card samples can be sent upon request. A pack of any 3 samples can be sent by courier to reach within 3-4 days. The non-refundeble charges for the samples is US$ 50.

4) Once the order is finalised and text matter is received by us, the proof will take approx. 2-3 days. A fax copy of final proof duly signed by customer will be required (Fax No. 91-22-2382 0930) to complete our records.

5) It is advisable to give approval to print the job after finalization of all points like itemwise quantity, printing matter, type of ink, layout, inners, sizes etc i.e. entire data specification. It may not be possible to entertain any subsequent changes once the job goes into process.

6) We normally require approx. 10 working days to complete the job for delivery.

8) All payments are to be made by bankers cheque / telephonic transfer payable at par at Mumbai. Details will be provided on receipt of the order alongwith our first response letter.

9) Later on, we shall e-mail the first proof of the job for approval, corrections and comments, if any. Minimum 50% of the order value will be payable prior to our sending the subsequent proofs. Balance payment at the time of delivery.

10) We use a variety of eco-friendly Indian Handmade papers made from the recycled agro material viz. grass, bamboo, flower petals, jute, silk etc. Due to its very nature the variations in shade, consistency, thickness, texture etc. are likely. Though principally the paper will be the same as selected and approved, mild variation in color from sheet to sheet may be there. But this is the most exceptional and unique feature and real beauty of this nature-friendly handmade paper.
