1.	What time is required to complete the Wedding Invitation Card?
	Once you finalize the design and choice of the card we need 2 working days for making the proof upon receipt of the invitation text from you. Upon final approval of the proof, 10 working days are needed to complete the job. Add 4 to 5 working days for delivery of the parcel at address by couriers.

2.	What is the cost of sample wedding card? How many samples can I order?
	Any 3 selected samples will be sent on request. Cost: US$ 50 including courier charges. The additional set of 3 samples will cost additional US$ 50

3.	Is sample charge refundable?
	Sample charges can be adjusted against order, provided all samples are received back by us before dispatch of your ordered material and the minimum order amount is US$ 250.

4.	Do you have the collection of fonts, wordings, and symbols?
	Yes, We have variety of fonts. You can go to the link on this website. In case you need any other font, please name it (or attach the .TTF font file by e-mail).

5.	How do I send the text and printing instructions for the invitations?
	Text matter in word file. Available Logos, Fonts and/or colors are suitably numbered for easy selection. We will create the proof according to the cards selected and the data sent.

6.	Can I get print proof?
	The proof will be sent in black-n-white by email in .pdf format, which can be opened in Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded from www.adobe.com (a free software). On receipt of the proof, please suggest changes/alterations as required. We will re-work and email the corrected proof again. You have to point out the corrections/suggestions by Email only. Please do not rewrite and send the entire text again. We need only corrections to understand. The printing job will start only upon your final approval. Our small trademark will appear on the back of cards.

7.	Do you make add-ons like RSVP and Thank You etc cards?
	Yes, matching RSVP, Thank You, Place Cards, Registry Cards, Marriage Ceremony Booklets, Bags, are all available to suite/match your choice.

8.	How many insert are given in the wedding invitation?
	Generally wedding invitation card set is with Jacket, Envelope, and 2 Inners. Additional inserts are available based on your needs at extra charge.

9.	Do you supply Blank cards?
	Yes, we can supply blank cards if you want to organize the text printing yourselves.

10.	Is there any Product variation on website and actual product?
	Actual color on monitor and product may differ due to various computer calibrations. Any material and processes with hand work may have minor/natural variations. Overall look, specifications, design and the batch will be the same as ordered.

11.	What is the Dispatch method?
	Generally, the material is sent through an established courier having competitive rates. We can supply material by Fed-Ex on request. You may collect material from our office in Mumbai if desired. We also dispatch cards under your account number with any couriers you may be tied up with.

12.	Are there any Duties/taxes on the prices?
	For billing in India: VAT as applicable charged extra. For the Export: At present no taxes are applicable at our end provided the material is physically dispatched outside India by us. And payment is received from the country of dispatch or your NRE A/c in India. Taxes/Duties which may be levied at your end will be payable by you.

13.	What is the mode of payment?
	For Online Payments: We have secured a server to facilitate a safe payment gateway through International or Indian Credit Cards. You have to pay 5% extra for paying by Credit Cards. For Offline Payments: You can pay directly wire transfer the payment through your bankers to 'NIARIKA ART PRINTERS' Account No.03562020000118 with HDFC Bank, Charni Road Branch, Mumbai, India. (Swift Code: HDFC INBB). All bank charges to be on remitter’s account. Through contact: You can arrange payment in Mumbai, paying VAT extra (presently 4%) as applicable.

14.	Are the cards inclusive of invitation text printing?
	No. Text printing charges are extra. You can have Raised Printing, Foil Printing, Silk Screen printing and so on. The printing charges are dependent on the printing process chosen.

15.	What is the minimum quantity to place the order?
	For the Catalogue collection: 100 cards and multiple of 50 thereafter. For the Esquire collection: 100 cards and multiple of 25 thereafter.

16.	How to Calculate the Card Cost?
	Catalog cards are available off the shelf. For cost per card without printing, a link is provided on this site. For Esquire collection, the cards are created as per your idea, design, choice of material, print process, quantity ordered and the work involved in it. The rates are calculated on job printing basis. Please send details.

17.	What is your guarantee and return policy?
	The proofs are provided before final printing. Printing on the cards will be as per the proofs duly approved. If any error is found on our part, we will replace your invitations at no charge. Please read the proof carefully before finally approving. The printed card is a personalized product once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned.

18.	What is the difference between Catalog Collection & Esquire Collection?
	Generally the Catalog collection is available off the shelf. No changes can be made in the item since they are ready to deliver. Those who wish to organize text printing at their end, or having no time to create the special cards, may prefer this collection. Esquire collection cards are designed and crafted as per your choice. You may find several designs here on this website. You may chose one, two or more designs and mix-n-match, amend, redefine size, papers, colors etc. Let us have your idea and we shall create a new card to suit your taste. You may find a variety of things and material to select from. After considering all you have chosen, an Artwork is created and your unique wedding card starts getting ready for you.
